The Role: Client Services team is looking for a self-driven and dynamic individual to join the team. As a Specialist, you will partner with Account Managers to execute client outreach initiatives.

Additionally, you will learn & apply the Diagnostic Account Management approach during client interactions.

The Team: You will be joining a group of 12 local team members along with over hundred plus counterparts globally.

Shift: This is a Night Shift position (5PM-2AM or 6PM-3AM). Incumbent must be comfortable in working in required shift.

Requirements
  • Addresses incoming client questions or issues
  • Researches client responsibilities, business drivers, and team structure to identify viable opportunities
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date outreach records in Salesforce.com
  • Monitors and analyzes usage reports to identify outreach opportunities for Account Managers
  • Promotes discovery diagnostic conversations with clients to assess the viability of business opportunities
  • Provides backup support when Account Managers are traveling. Assists with travel planning and meeting scheduling
Required Skills
  • Ability to communicate well and teach over the phone
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to clients
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
  • Ability to determine solutions for customers and get the “big-picture” view of the client from a client relations standpoint
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Good understanding of the finance industry, players, and roles
  • Organizational effectiveness skills
  • Intermediate level of computer skills and proficiency in MS Office software
  • The incumbent should have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and remain cognizant of deadlines and schedules
