AMAN Foundation is to hire an Assistant Manager Compensation & Benefits based in Karachi. Candidate should be Masters, preferably MBA or ACCA/ACMA part qualified with 3-5 years of relevant industry experience. Incumbent should be proficient in MS Excel, be able to handle large data sets, have hands-on experience of payroll processing, time attendance and leave management and have knowledge of salary survey and HR budgeting.
