What are my responsibilities?

• Responsible for overall parts production (steel & copper) of switchboardsd manufacturing facility located in Karachi, aligned with production plan.
• To keep maintenance breakdown time of machines within the targeted limit by ensuring proper operation/maintenance of machines at shop floor level
• To keep the non-conformance cost within the targeted limit monitoring production processes at every stage and taking immediate corrective actions
• Ensuring Compliance to QMS Procedures and other Company Policies & Guidelines, measurement and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators and taking appropriate actions for continual improvement
• Assisting Order Management and Sales in confirming delivery dates from factory.
• Ensure timely co-ordination with Order Execution Engineers, Order Management Engineers, Mateiral Management, Production Supervisors and Testing Supervisors.
• Managing KPIs as per quality / business objectives pertaining to Production.
• Must be able to lead the team of Engineers and blue collars.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical / Industrial & Manufacturing / Mechanical.
• 8-10 years in Production of Medium & Low voltage switchgear / products.

What do I need to know?

• Communication skills and customer orientation is a must.
• Quality orientation and attention to details.
• Production planning controlling abilities.
• Excel Advanced level.
