Our Karachi based client (Pharmaceuticals Industry) located at S.I.T.E is looking for Sr. Executive Quality Assurance:
Salary range: 40,000 – 50,000
Qualification: M.Sc in Chemistry or B.Pharm/ D.Pharm

Experience: 3 to 5 years
Responsibilities:
• Coordinates for complete analysis / release for packaging of Semi Finished Product as per Basle guideline / Specifications.
• Responsible to monitor all the safety measures to be taken during analysis of Stability studies (e.g. wearing of gloves and goggles and disposal of organic solvent / acids working in hood etc. as per safety rules).
• Responsible for preparing stability program for routine / follow-up / concurrent stability studies and maintain data / reports accordingly.
• Coordinates for arranging updates of Finished Product Specification and stability specification
• Monitors the requirements for analytical purposes e.g. reagents, filters, HPLC columns etc.
• Responsible for monitoring of primary reference standards and impurities and qualification of working standard.
• Responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the all instruments used daily e.g. HPLC / Spectrophotometer / Dissolution / Atomic Absorption etc.
• Responsible for the destruction of retention samples at the end of shelf life plus one year according to local GMP requirements.
• Responsible for ensuring that latest specifications are used.
• Implements all cGMP and Safety Standards in routine laboratory work.
