VentureDive is looking for Senior HR Executive (Karachi). This position will work closely with HR Leadership to support the mission and goals of the HR Team. The ideal candidate will work well independently and take initiative to complete assignments and daily tasks with minimal oversight. He/she will work well with leadership across all levels of the company. Responsible for training & development; employer branding performance management; etc. Implementing HR initiatives, advice, guide and support all staff and managers in the company. Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
