Should have at least 6-8 years of Call Centre Operations or management experience, Healthcare background would be preferable. Responsibilities include management of Call Center Operations, Service Improvement & Quality, Telehealth Projects & Value added Services. Incumbent should be proficient in use of related computer packages & software applications of call centre. Good communication skills would be an asset.
