Admin Officer
Gender: Male
Age: 20 - 28 Year
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree

Job Description
1. Follow ups and collection of monthly fee.
2. Provide support to user departments for outdoor work in terms of visits to bank(s) etc
3. Monitor overall level of cleanliness and hygiene at Office through daily rounds of premises.
4. Prepare attendance report on monthly basis and forward to the payroll officer.
5. Prepare purchase requisition for kitchen utensils, refreshments (tea, milk and etc.), general office supplies, office stationery, generators, appliances and etc.
6. Maintaining office Stationery, and required supplies inventory etc
7. Manage the repair and maintenance of computer and office equipment.
8. Make sure all activities or task assign by the immediate manager should be done within given timeline.


Skill Required:
1. Strong Inter personal Skills
 2. Excellent in using Ms Office Specially Ms Excel.
