Our Karachi based client located at DHA Phase-4, is looking for Head of Sales (Call Centre):
Salary: 55,000 – 75,000 + Bonus
Qualification: Masters from reputed organization
Experience: 4 – 5 Years of relevant experience
Essential Skills + Experience:
1. Experience of leading and directing multiple SALES teams, and brands – preferably in a call centre.
2. Experience of managing expanding teams of over 30+ agents.
3. Experienced in both inbound and outbound sales campaigns
4. Strong communication, leadership and timely reporting skills
5. A proven track of KPI setting and delivery, and ensuring resource is best utilized
6. Experience of recruiting (hiring and firing) motivating and developing staff
A track record of driving performance with the ability to create/drive a high performing culture
7. Proactive self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
8. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels and across all divisions of the business, and to gain respect of the sales force
9. Strong IT skills, able to analyse and report from spread sheets, to react to trends.
10. P&L accountability for sales teams and driving and improving the bottom line
