Sr. HR Executive (2+ years experience)Invision Solutions has an immediate opportunity for a Sr. HR Executive.
Your key responsibilities
Working closely with the relevant teams, you will maintain the current headcount positions and forecasts for current and upcoming projects ensuring we have the right resources with the right skills at the right time at the right cost.
Role responsibilities:
• Conducts behavioural and/or performance based interviews, including telephone pre-screens, individual and panel interviews.
• Conducts full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, using a structured approach.
• Management of all resource requests and assign relevant resource to each project in a timely manner.
• Identify current and upcoming project needs, gather CVs and work with Team Leads to identify the most appropriate resource.
• Working closely with the departmental leads to source the most appropriate team for each project.
