Sr. HR Executive (2+ years experience)Invision Solutions has an immediate opportunity for a Sr. HR Executive.
Your key responsibilities
Working closely with the relevant teams, you will maintain the current headcount positions and forecasts for current and upcoming projects ensuring we have the right resources with the right skills at the right time at the right cost.
Role responsibilities:
• Conducts behavioural and/or performance based interviews, including telephone pre-screens, individual and panel interviews.
• Conducts full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, using a structured approach.
• Management of all resource requests and assign relevant resource to each project in a timely manner.
• Identify current and upcoming project needs, gather CVs and work with Team Leads to identify the most appropriate resource.
• Working closely with the departmental leads to source the most appropriate team for each project.

Necessary experience & key skills:
• Solid experience in project resource management and keeping track of day to day project activities.
• Experience in recruiting for technical roles
• Understanding of the skill sets with a technology company
• Excellent understanding of technology company processes
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

PHP Developer at Masoodware

 Job Description
We are looking for a PHP Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.
Understanding client requirements & functional specifications.
Developing and maintaining dynamic websites and web applications.
Ensuring foolproof performance of the deliverable.
Coordinating with co-developers and other related departments.
Sending regular updates about project status.
Responsibilities
Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers.
Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules.
Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.
Integration of data storage solutions may include databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc.
Writing clean, fast PHP to a high standard, in a timely and scalable way.
Producing detailed specifications.
Troubleshooting, testing and maintaining the core product software and databases.
Write “clean”, well-designed code.
Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
Follow industry best practices.
Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks such as Laravel, Yii, etc depending on your technology stack.
Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP.
Understanding of MVC design patterns.
Proficiency in Linux environment.
Expert knowledge with MVC frameworks: CakePHP, Zend, Laravel, Symfony, etc.
Good understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, AJAX, XML.
Should have experience with Joomla, WordPress, Drupal, Magento.
Should have excellent written communication skills (English).
Must have capacity to work independently and also as a part of team.
Must have dedication and commitment towards work.
Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas.
Knowledge of object oriented PHP programming.
Understanding accessibility and security compliance Depending on the specific project.
Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions.
Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system.
Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds.
Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
Make sure to mention other frameworks, libraries, or any other technology related to your development stack.
Job Skills Logic, interpersonal skills, analysis, teamwork.
Minimum Qualifications
Education BSCS with minimum 2 years of Experience as a PHP Developer.
2 years of JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL backend experience.
Strong HTML5 and CSS3.
