Regional Manager will be responsible for Planning & Implementing business growth by managing all deposit and business segment of corresponding Areas & Branches across the region. Development, Management and Execution of strategy to achieve multi-dimensional business targets as per KPIs assigned and introduce sales & service excellence in branches.
The incumbent will be responsible to provide inspirational Leadership to the reporting branches through patronage, motivation and to direct the available resources in achieving the goals lay down by the top Management.
Key responsibilities:
- To disseminate the concept of Islamic banking in the area of jurisdiction by employing the worth of designation in the elite corporate circles by virtue of socializing and institutional promotion
- Overall management & supervision of the risk assets portfolio raised across the Region
- Directing the Branch Managers/Area Managers in accomplishing their obligatory aspirations by suggesting implementation strategies and recourses
- To hold monthly /quarterly meeting of Branch Managers/Area Managers to evaluate the performance of the branches in light of assigned targets and to formulate future strategy to accomplish the desired results with major focus on audit and service quality
- To build a team of highly qualified and professionally competent individuals for the branches to be inducted after consultation with the top management.
- To be proactive about the market trends and aptly redirecting the resources to enhance any available implicated opportunities
