Job description
Eli Lilly and Company is looking for candidates for Manager HR Operations role based in Karachi Head office Pakistan who would be responsible for entire HR operations responsibilities with key focus on driving recruitment activities including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, off boarding, acquisition, retention analysis, in line with company strategy. Handling compensation and benefit, and good management of HR systems database and technical platforms, maintain up to date HR policies and properly manage internal and external communication.
Requirements for this job are the following:
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills
- Proven ability to thrive in complex situations
- 3-5 years previous work experience in HR Operations
