What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like? 
Within 30 days you will:Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with a detailed orientation program where you will learn about Jazz’s core values, business, and productsMeet the relevant stakeholders concerning your teamDevelop understanding of your division, function, its structure, and your role within the team.Develop understanding of JAZZ FIX/TXN Network Connectivity detailsDevelop understanding of alarm reporting and work flowsDevelop understanding of L1 access of NMS and network devicesWithin 60 days, you will:Get to know your relevant stakeholders e.g. NOKIA, Adv Tech, sales channel, distributorsRecommend ways to improve devices business, product management, policies & network security Recommend ways in consultation with relevant internal teams to share workloadUsing analytical skills, develop region wise models to boost devices sales for data & smartphone penetrationCreate network up/down time reports for management view.

  • Within 90 days to onwards you will: Manage Core network i.e. Infrastructure protocolsAble to use RSVP for traffic engineering and static path selectionEnsure timely update on network incident via dashboards & reportsMaster the tasks highlighted above as deliverables for first 60 daysA Bit About YouWe are looking for someone who has delivered on challenging projects and has taken end to end responsibility from planning to roll out within IP network design, deployment & operation.Prior experience and understanding of IP networking, traffic engineering, routing protocols and IP network QoS techniques will be an advantage.A Bit About UsA network operations center (NOC) is a place from which administrators supervise, monitor and maintain a telecommunications network. We as provider typically have a network operations center, a room containing visualizations of the network or networks that are being monitored, at which the detailed status of the network can be seen, and the necessary software to manage the networks. The network operations center is the focal point for network troubleshooting, software distribution and updating, router and domain name management, performance monitoring, and coordination with affiliated networks.The Structure Of The Team You Will Join Is
    • A 16 member team (including the department head) with 02 sub teams
    • You will be part of a 6-7 member sub-team reporting to a Manager
    The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
    • Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPNv4, QoS/CoS, VPLS, VRRP, MPLS)
    • Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issue
    To collaborate and produce effective business results, the role requiresThe ability to build strong relationships with External Teams: Field teams, Device Vendor,SD/CS teamsThe ability to build strong relationships with Internal Teams: Customer provisioning / Support, Network Provisioning and support.The two (02) specific tasks that team was working on in the last 6 months with results.3GAAS solution with coordination of MPBN team and handed over to customersHot standby network availability in Core and Aggregation networkThe three (03) must have past experiences the candidate should have.
    • CCNP or CCIE preferred
    • L2/L3VPNs, ExVLANS, SRX, IPSEC and Traffic Engineering
    • Traffic marking i.e. CoS / QoS
    The two (02) must have technologies the candidate should have. T
    • Dynamic protocols OSPF, ISIS
    • BGP/MPLS
    Essential Skills Must Have
    • CCNP Certified (CCIE Preferred)
    • Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issue
    • Analytical & Presentation Skills
