In this exciting and dynamic role, we are looking for an experienced Senior Mortgage Loan Processor who can drive amazing and deep relationships with our Loan Originators and Customers. This professional will partner with our team to assist our Originators and Customers through the loan process.
What you'll need to be successful…
Success in this job relies on your experience in processing mortgage loans and your understanding of the residential mortgage loan process from application through selling the loan package to an investor.
- 4 plus years of continuous retail Mortgage Processing experience required
- Post TRID knowledge required
- Excellent communication skills are a must
- Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, & VA underwriting guidelines
- Strong organization skills
- Positive attitude
- Experience using LoanSoft LOS is a plus.
