Job Description

A Sales and Marketing Manager (Real Estate) is a real estate agent who assists clients with the purchase and sale of property. When putting a home on the market for sale or trying to buy a new home, clients need a real estate sales and marketing manager to help them get the best value possible out of their home sale and purchase. In this position, you will help clients market and sell their home and find a home to purchase that fulfills their needs. This job requires excellent marketing and customer service skills.
Job Responsibilities
  • Devise marketing strategies for clients to prepare their home for a fast and profitable sale
  • Manage communication between home buyers and sellers so mutual acceptance can be achieved
  • Take prospective home buyers on tours of properties and to open houses
  • Communicate with clients about their real estate needs so you can find the best possible home for them
  • Understand your local real estate market and stay updated on home sales
  • Create marketing materials to advertise your services
Regulatory Notice. To work as a real estate agent (and be qualified for this position) you must have (or obtain) a real estate license. Like getting a drivers license, state authorized training/testing is required to get certified. Third-party educational institutions provide this fee-based training to the general public.

Residential Loan Officer in Boston Private at Los Angeles, California

Job description

The Residential Loan Officer is responsible for originating new residential financing transactions and assisting in the management of a portfolio of existing relationships. Loan Officer is responsible for identifying and referring cross-selling opportunities to Deposit Management, Commercial Lending and Investment Management to create strategic relationships.

Responsibilities, Duties, and Accountabilities:
• Meet or exceed mortgage production goal of $30 million on an annual basis with an emphasis on portfolio lending.
• Develop and implement a marketing plan for expanding new client base and product usage, with a focus on the Massachusetts market.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients and referral sources.
• Respond to client and referral requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Effectively and pro-actively sell all of the organization’s services with a special focus on developing strategic relationships defined as those clients who have three or more of the Bank’s services.
• Structure all credits, develop a complete application and monitor loans from origination through closing to ensure the highest service, credit and compliance quality.
• Fully comply with banking laws, regulations and internal policies and procedures.
• Participate in special projects and committee-work as designated by the Residential Sales Manager and/or Executive Vice president of Mortgage Lending.
• Develop and maintain social and civic ties within the community to assist in promoting account relationships with targeted client base.
• Spends majority of their time outside of the office networking and generating leads for expanding client base.
Qualifications:
• Strong existing network of transferable referral sources, i.e. real estate brokers, law firms, CPA and investment management firms, personal financial planners, and corporations. Ideal candidate’s existing network of clients and referral sources will be in the Boston and Greater Boston markets.
• Proven ability to sell mortgage loans and/or other banking services, ideally at a similar private banking institution.
• 5+ years mortgage lending experience, preferably with a working understanding of Jumbo mortgage underwriting.
• A sales-oriented professional with excellent business development and closing skills who has the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and process management skills

Responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Partnering with all branch touch points to achieve goals together.
  • Leveraging both external referral business and internal sources for maximum market share penetration.

  • High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification or military experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in residential mortgage sales originations
  • At least 1 year of experience in FNMA/FHLMC programs and underwriting guidelines, as well as private mortgage insurers
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree.

    Occupational Nurse Specialist in Nationwide Financial at Raleigh, North Carolina

    Job description

    This position will work out of our Raleigh office.
    Position requires a RN in the state of NC, BSN a plus.
    JOB SUMMARY: Provides operational and consultative support to business units, staff offices and HR in the area of Occupational Health and Wellbeing. Responsibilities include health education and promotion, disease management consultation, safety consultation, clinical services, ergonomic support and training, workers’ compensation claim first aid and initiation support, Americans with Disabilities Act consultation, and modified duty work requests. Creation and implementation of location specific interventions designed to mitigate the health risks of the particular population.
    REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: Reports to Occupational Health Manager. No direct reports.
    CORE JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
    1. Provides on-site clinical assessment and treatment of associate’s illness/injuries and health education/disease management consultation.
    2. Supports the development and execution of health and productivity initiatives by creating and implementing location specific care plans to educate associates and mitigate the health risks of the population. Includes educational offerings, Health Fairs, business unit presentations, Wellness Wednesdays, participation in team meetings, and partnerships/recruitment with local Health Teams.
    3. Conducts ergonomic assessments and makes recommendations to leadership to ensure safe and comfortable work environments and adherence to regulations, including ADA. May include office workstations, fleet vehicles, and technology needs. Follows through to ensure interventions are successful.
    4. Actively consults with leadership on health related issues that may affect associate performance, compliance and regulations. Manage return to work modification requests involving medical needs.
    5. Documents workers’ compensation claims reported and facilitates non-disability return to work.
    6. Consults on ADA needs/requests and facilitates process by providing medical consultation to OAR.
    7. Adheres to occupational health standards of practice and state nursing laws, and maintains and safeguards confidentiality of all associate health information.
    8. Performs other duties as assigned.
    MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
    Education: Diploma or degree in Nursing, graduate coursework preferred.
    License/Certification/Designation: Registered Nurse in state of clinical practice. Certification in Occupational Health or Rehabilitation preferred. CPR and AED certification required.
    Experience: Five years’ experience in health related field such as emergency, critical care, or occupational health preferred.
    Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of theory and practice in nursing related fields of study and working knowledge of other health and safety related fields. Strong medical background with emphasis on ability to evaluate medical disabilities and establish standards for effective plans in rehabilitation services. Technical/functional background in emergency/critical care or case management/ rehabilitation. General corporate administrative practices and policies with an emphasis on handling confidential medical issues. Current knowledge of governmental regulations and community health principles.
    Skills/Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Highly approachable with strong customer service skills. Demonstrates integrity and trust to gain positive outcomes and effective working relationships with customers. Possesses functional and technical skills to enable independent nursing judgements. Ability to understand and interpret medical information. Time management and organization skills to handle multiple tasks, set priorities and work with multiple systems. Ability to problem solve and negotiate. Ability to perform first aid, CPR and administer AED.
