Online Marketing Specialist - Social Media

Description
The Online Marketing Specialist – Social Media is responsible for planning, developing and executing Social Media initiatives across Deluxe's Small Business Services portfolio.
Accountabilities
  • Develop and manage the Deluxe Small Business online reputation management and listening program. Define processes and workflows for handling and tracking of comments, define and build reports to summarize activity for business partners and key leaders, analyze program data/insights and provide recommendations to improve SBS business strategies and tactics.
  • Serve as contact for Social Media Technology, participating in and/or directly managing various projects related to social media and digital marketing tools. Analyze team technology needs, define business requirements, lead configuration workstreams, assess system functionalities, manage user provisioning/access, align resources to workstreams and develop and deliver training.
  • Develop and manage Social Content Creation workstreams. Lead projects, identify and coordinate partner resources, prioritize work in alignment with team goals, manage timelines and asset deliverables, develop creation and approval processes and analyze content effectiveness.
  • Lead Social Campaign planning, execution & analysis for assigned programs/partners. Create, execute and manage paid & organic social media campaigns for assigned Deluxe Small Business brands, products and services in alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day oversight and analysis of social media ad campaigns to optimize plans and maximize results (i.e. CPM, CPC, reach, clicks, visits, leads, etc.).
  • Own day-to-day collaboration and communications with assigned agencies and vendor partners to move projects forward, troubleshoot obstacles and achieve program goals.
  • Contribute to the development of a social media Center of Excellence, designed to increase collaboration, education and integration of social media across Deluxe.
Required: - Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) Marketing/Advertising, Communications/PR, Finance, Econ, Management, Entrepreneurship, IT/MIS, etc
  • 3-5 years of experience - Digital marketing tools & technology experience in social media teams within large, matrixed organizations
  • Advanced experience with back end administration and tool configuration of social media technologies – especially Sprinklr, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Advertising Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other social media business tools
  • Exceptional technical aptitude, ability to learn new systems very quickly and assess for fit with team needs and processes
  • Experience planning, proposing, executing and analyzing digital/social media campaigns for a large organization, including campaign budget management
  • Proven project management, organization and prioritization skills; ability to track and lead multiple simultaneous projects and align partners to achieve project outcomes; ability to self-track and meet deliverables and deadlines
  • Results-motivated and flexible; ability to work in an extremely fast paced and often changing environment to achieve business results
  • Well-rounded business EQ and judgment – understanding of reputation, risk, data/information security and customer experience
  • Team-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate with and/or mentor a wide range of individuals
  • Creative eye and point of view on content that works best for social platforms; experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or other content creation tools a plusContinuously curious – able to identify new trends and opportunities related to customer experience and results optimization in digital and social channels
