SUMMARY: This position maintains loan information and metrics in a database, aggregates the data, then creates and generates reports utilizing the data.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and special projects may be assigned:

• Review all credit approval and review documents and extract loan metrics.
• Enter loan and metrics data into automated system or other system of record.
• Review and validate loan data to verify its integrity.
• Aggregate data and create periodic management reports.
• Perform analytics and trending portfolio graphs on key metrics.
• Create and generate ad-hoc reports upon request.
• Participates in implementing, testing, and maintaining a permanent data platform..

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Statistical Analysis, Computer Information Systems or related field required. Must also have at least 2+ years of commercial loan experience and strong Excel skills, including the ability to generate reports and pivot charts utilize conditional formatting, tables, formulas and functions.
