- 5 to 8 years experience in retail /Ultra Fresh business .

Business Responsibilities:
- Leading a category of around 1,500 SKUs comprising Fruits & Vegetables, Meat, Fish, Dairy, Frozen and Bakery departments with a customer centric approach, proposing product assortment in line with market trends and customer demand.
- Responsible for planning, administration and execution of business strategies to achieve the targets set for the departments
- Responsible for sales, profitability, stock availability and stock days.
- Implementing quality procedures and standards as per Quality Assurance guidelines for Ultra Fresh products like temperature standards, cold chain etc.
- Ensure stock maintenance by continuous monitoring of inventory, shrinkage, create the optimum stock performance in quality, quantity and safety targeting customer segments and following the company strategy.
- Supervise weekly/monthly promotion sales management and reordering on daily bases regarding stock and replenishment, sales figures, comparison with forecasted amount, react to sales (presentation, etc.)
- Evaluating and analyzing the effectiveness of promotional activities.
- Ensure customer service activities and staff competence in these areas, so as to optimize and sustain sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Development of staff skills and capability building through on-going coaching and on the job training
- Manage and motivate staff, recruit staff, train and develop staff, according to company policies and employment laws, and ensure relevant HR procedures are followed.
- Strong relationship with cross functional teams to improve efficiency and achieve business results
