JOB DESCRIPTION
The F,P, & A Leader will report directly to the CFO and will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to forecast and communicate company financial performance and actual variances from expectations.
This position will assist with the Company’s financial quarterly forecast, annual budgeting process, operating plan, margin analysis, variance analysis, and special projects. The leader will provide financial modeling and strategic support to senior management including preparing board presentations, financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, industry/peer group comparisons, new business opportunities, acquisition analysis, and other projects requested by senior management. This function acts as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support optimal business decision making. This role is a key asset for Advance Financial’s future growth.

EDUCATION
•Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics (or similar); MBA preferred
