We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager LED & Lamps that translate marketing strategy/plans into a business plan and bridge the business offerings with the local market requirements.

Together we can…
  • Collects and analysis market information and defines existing market target groups.
  • Formulates the specification of new products based on available technology, components and existing market situation in order to have new products available on the short term.
  • Translates a general product plan into clear detailed product specifications for development.
  • Able to set, activate, maintain and correct the pricing strategy for the designed product portfolio. Including analysis & corrective actions in cooperation with marketing and sales
  • Develops sustainable relationships with customers and partners by triggering an effective and profound dialogue with a win-win mindset (profitable solutions for all). Gains credibility by creating a positive long-term impact
  • Identifies problems in a product or a proposition based on close monitoring of the performance and comes up with solutions that can mitigate the issues collaborating with relevant teams
  • Develop forecasting for new products based on intimate market knowledge as well as assist in forecasting of established products
  • Support and train sales team including direct customer visits and training
  • Determine and implement pricing strategy for new and mature products
  • Assist in supporting and closing significant business opportunities in collaboration with sales team
You are…
  • Bachelor’s degree is required ideally in business administration or engineering or related discipline. An MBA is strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of in-depth knowledge in product positioning, pricing, distribution, service and promotion plan to positively impact market share, sales target, margin, business penetration beyond the technical characteristics of the product.
  • Preferably 1+ years of experience working in a global set-up connecting the marketing & sales with product management functions.
  • 3 years in market/customer facing operations: B2B, and B2C - different go-to-market models
  • Experience analyzing the market including customer needs, application requirements, and technological advancements to prepare for roadmap development is required
  • Experience developing business cases to justify new product development is required
  • Fluent English

Specific Responsibilities
  • SAP implementation experience of SD, LE, WHM, PP, QM will be extra beneficial.
  • SAP implementation experience of S/4 HANA and good knowledge of SAP new dimensions including Ariba.
  • A Minimum of at least 6 months of support experience, preferably onsite.
  • Preferable MM/Logistics Certification.
  • Working Experience in SAP Logistics Execution and Warehouse Management.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of implementing SAP Master Data, Inventory Management Processes, Procurement Process, MRP, Vendor Valuation, Release Strategy, Sub Contracting, Warehouse Management and Logistics Execution.

  • Primary Key Skills
  • Study business requirements and provide SAP solutions in the area of Materials Management.
  • Prepare Business Blueprint, Functional Specifications, Test Cases as part of implementation and continuous improvement projects using the SAP implementation methodologies.
  • To configure SAP System as per business requirements, conduct Unit, Integrated and User Acceptance tests.
  • Align business requirements to standard SAP practices.
  • Directly access support tickets and provide solutions within defined SLA using the SOLMAN.
  • Liaise directly with business/power users for continuous improvement requirements and address them throughout the project life cycle.
  • Conduct periodic meetings with Business Process Owners and Key Users in the business to understand solution gaps if any and address them throughout the project life cycle.
  • Provide weekly and daily reports as per defined formats and frequencies to the Project Manager and if required by the Team Lead.

    Position Summary:
    Conducts surveillance and apprehension of external theft suspects in compliance with Company Ethical Standards and Apprehension Guidelines. Monitors customer and associate activity in the store to prevent potential theft of Company assets. Assists in monitoring store compliance with Company policies and procedures on theft deterrence, safety, and operational controls. Implements and promotes store awareness programs addressing theft, safety, and operational controls.
    Primary Responsibilities
    Internal and External Theft Deterrence & Awareness
    • Monitors customer and associate activities in the store for potential theft of Company assets. Takes appropriate action to prevent theft; apprehends individuals engaged in theft activity when prevention is not effective.
    • Conducts surveillance and apprehension of external theft suspects in compliance with Company Ethical Standards and Apprehension Guidelines.
    • Assists in internal theft investigations in compliance with Company Ethical Standards and Apprehension Guidelines.
    • Accurately completes all statistical and incident reports. Maintains all apprehension and investigation records according to company standards.
    • Develops and maintains knowledge and use of CCTV surveillance equipment.
    • Performs other duties as assigned. Examples may include, but are not limited to: assisting in Loss Prevention activities in other stores; attending court hearings on Kohl’s behalf; collecting public record information from local law enforcement agencies. assisting in the preparation and taking of inventory, USA counts, and processing known theft markdowns.
    Operational, Shortage, and Safety Controls & Awareness
    • Assists in monitoring store compliance with Company policies and procedures relating to theft deterrence, safety, and operational controls, as assigned by Supervisor. Informs Supervisor and Store Management of shortage control opportunities.
    • Participates in raising awareness to shortage control and loss prevention programs through implementation of and participation in Shortage Control and Safety Meetings, new hire orientation for associates, and regular touchbases with store associates.
    • Maintains a working knowledge of the store’s alarm system and EAS system.
    • Performs other duties as assigned. Examples may include assisting in the preparation and taking of inventory, USA counts, and processing known theft markdowns
    General Requirements
    • Adheres to Company policies and procedures and maintains high ethical standards
    • Maintains attendance and dress code according to Company standards
    • Engages in effective dialogue with LP Supervisor, DLPM, and Store Management team.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Prior experience in Loss Prevention or educational background in Loss Prevention, security, or law enforcement preferred.
    • Demonstrated ability to make decisions in stressful situations. Strong verbal and written communication skills; basic math and reading skills, and legible handwriting.
    • Ability to spend up to 100% of working time moving around the store, including stock storage areas, office areas, and the selling floor. Physical activities include bending, stooping, lifting, climbing, standing, and reaching on a frequent basis. Associate must be capable of detaining theft suspects.
