Palo Alto Networks is looking for an experienced finance professional to join the team as a Finance Manager, Corporate Finance. We’re looking for someone with an analytical mind and strong knowledge of finance, who is a self-starter, a great communicator and passionate about driving change in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
This role will report to Sr. Manager, FP&A and is responsible for helping manage the overall Company income statement, preparing and presenting deliverables to Company leadership, partnering cross functionally, providing business/financial insights & analytics, and supporting the Company earnings cycles.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as Finance’s main point of contact in providing financial information across the Company.
  • Provide insights to Company decision makers to help make wide reaching strategic decisions for the Company.
  • Collaborate with other business and finance functions to understand key drivers and fluctuations within the income statement.
  • Develop deep understanding of the Company income statement and financial metrics to drive optimal financial strategy.
  • Perform key analysis to support Company leadership during the Company’s quarterly earnings cycles.
  • Drive and provide support for ad-hoc strategic financial analyses.
Skills/Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Economics/Finance, CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred
  • 5-10 years related experience
  • Strategic thinking while being detailed-oriented
  • Excellent financial modeling skills, with understanding of software, appliances and/or internet industry business models
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills in an executive facing role
  • Willingness and ability to adapt to the rapid business and organizational changes that accompany a high-growth environment

Overview And Responsibilities
This position will assist VP level executive with Television Productions in the pre-greenlight process as well as prep, production and post-production stages. This position would be immersed in all facets of Production Finance.
Responsibilities To Include, But Not Limited To
BANKING & G/L TRACKING
  • Monitoring Bank Accounts
  • Bank Account Setup
  • Coordination of Accounting Systems
  • Monitor 3rd Party Billing and Receipts

CRM/Email Marketing Manager at Commerce Home Mortgage

Job description

This position will have a very active day-to-day participation in the list of responsibilities below in addition to assigned projects.
Major Responsibilities
  • Execute daily marketing campaigns and deliverables to support the Corporate marketing department’s goals and deadlines
  • Assist/support Loan Officers in executing daily tasks, campaigns, workflows in Jungo/Salesforce.
  • Help train and be the daily resource to ensure Loan Officers are successful with their Jungo seats.
  • Create new or update existing email campaigns in Act-On/Jungo
  • Maintain a calendar of campaigns by target audience to set up and deploy both via scheduled drips and one off blasts. Proactively define, get buy off & execute on time
  • Work with both internal and external designers and production to facilitate direct mail and onsite materials execution
  • Collecting data for regular reporting of campaign metrics and attendance performance
  • Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
  • Work with data managers internally to maintain our list database in our email deployment systems and direct mail database
  • Campaign set ups and lead tracking
  • Spend time daily tracking loan officer engagement and lead follow up. Reach out and help where needed.
  • Support the marketing team and Sales where necessary
Related Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional experience in marketing and campaign management

  • You will implement next generation cloud platforms in a hybrid cloud setting to support PayPal business teams to scale their applications that serve millions of customers worldwide and process billions of dollars in payments.
  • You will drive solutions and implementation leveraging different open source distributed systems, drive its adoption and deliver a complete product.
  • You will build creative, brand new solutions from scratch.
