Sales and Marketing Manager (Real Estate)

Job Description

A Sales and Marketing Manager (Real Estate) is a real estate agent who assists clients with the purchase and sale of property. When putting a home on the market for sale or trying to buy a new home, clients need a real estate sales and marketing manager to help them get the best value possible out of their home sale and purchase. In this position, you will help clients market and sell their home and find a home to purchase that fulfills their needs. This job requires excellent marketing and customer service skills.
Job Responsibilities
  • Devise marketing strategies for clients to prepare their home for a fast and profitable sale
  • Manage communication between home buyers and sellers so mutual acceptance can be achieved
  • Take prospective home buyers on tours of properties and to open houses
  • Communicate with clients about their real estate needs so you can find the best possible home for them
  • Understand your local real estate market and stay updated on home sales
  • Create marketing materials to advertise your services
Regulatory Notice. To work as a real estate agent (and be qualified for this position) you must have (or obtain) a real estate license. Like getting a drivers license, state authorized training/testing is required to get certified. Third-party educational institutions provide this fee-based training to the general public.

Chief Financial Officer in Drum Associates, Inc.at, New York

Job description

Our client, a Real Estate company, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join their team in New York City. The role will be responsible for managing all financial and accounting aspects, overseeing a team of accounts payable / receivable staff. The client is seeking a candidate with a strong accounting / finance background, who is very well versed with NYC Real Estate Taxes and Lease Administration. A CPA is required for this role.
Primary Responsibilities of the CFO:
  • Oversee accounting and treasury for a large multi-tenant commercial portfolio
  • Develop and implement strategic business/operational plans and programs
  • Liaise with external accounting firms and ensure compliance with GAAP
  • Design and execute accounting, billing, and auditing procedures
  • Recruit, train, manage, and evaluate team staff
  • Supervise the approval and processing of revenue, budgets, ledger, etc.
  • Ensure completion of Quarterly and Annual Real Estate Tax payments and reports
  • Analyze financial statements to determine potential weaknesses
  • Perform final review of all financial reports
  • Review financial aspects of pending contracts and leases
  • Build and maintain banking relationships
  • Oversee payroll administration
CFO Requirements:
  • 10+ years’ experience in accounting/finance within the Real Estate field
  • 5+ years’ management experience
  • CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
  • Knowledge of NYC Real Estate Accounting, Lease Administration, GAAP and NYC Tax
  • Strong planning/budgeting skills and understanding of internal management reporting
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting

Commercial Credit Analyst Officer in Cambridge Savings Bank at Cambridge, Massachusetts

Job description

Summary:
The credit analyst officer assists with understanding and managing the credit risk and loan quality of the bank’s commercial real estate and Corporate Banking loan portfolios. The analyst is responsible for identifying and understanding developing trends and providing a thorough assessment of a borrowers’ capacity to withstand the risks posed by these trends through the preparation of a written, in-depth analyses of business, management and industry factors. The analyst may also provide support as needed, to the credit, risk management, lending or other areas of the bank.
Responsibilities include developing background information, analyzing financial and other information, and preparing loan packages for use in the commercial loan approval and review process.
Key Result Areas:
  • Work closely with lending officers to prepare written credit analyses for new, renewal or modification loan proposals.
  • Identify trends and analyze performance in order to develop an assessment of credit risks.
  • Participate in the maintenance of the accuracy of the Bank’s commercial loan rating system and validate that loan risk ratings accurately reflect the risks inherent in the credit.
  • As required, review commercial credit files for completeness and proper organization, and working with lending officers, take corrective action as necessary.
  • May also support other credit risk management activities including those related to internal or external audits, loan reviews or regulatory compliance matters.
  • As required, monitor credit quality through the review of financial information such as interim statements, to provide early warning of possible deterioration.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports used in monitoring credit quality, as directed by the SVP/Chief Credit Officer and/or the VP/Credit Manager.
  • Attend joint client calls with lending officers, when appropriate.
  • Identifies cross-sell opportunities for the bank’s array of products and services.
  • Provide credit analysis support to other departments as needed.
  • Contribute to the effective team management of all Bank problems, issues, and opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain professional and effective working relationships with other CSB employees and customers.
  • Provide oversight and/or assist with the development of junior analyst staff, specific to one’s area of analytical expertise
  • Assist VP/Credit Manager with reporting requirements
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • 4 year college degree (or equivalent experience), preferably in business, finance, or accounting.
  • Three to five years credit analysis experience, to include C&I and CRE experience, required.
  • Knowledge of commercial lending operations and regulations required.
  • Knowledge of Excel and Power Point as well as ability to learn and adapt to internal bank systems.
  • Able to concisely articulate ideas both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work both independently and in groups.
  • Effective project and time management skills.
