Real Estate Commissioned Loan Officer Opportunity Overview
The Real Estate Commissioned Loan Officer attracts and makes real estate loans by building relationships with realtors, contractors, bank clients and other members of the local community. Loans must meet Bank standards for economic value and safety to contribute to the long-term profitability of the Bank’s operations.
As a Real Estate Commissioned Loan Officer for Banner Bank, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Develop a structured outside calling program
  • Meeting with potential borrowers and preparing loan applications. This includes gaining the confidence of applicants, obtaining desired information from them and explaining loan terms
  • Originate and submit loans through to underwriting
  • Provide financing sheets for listings and Realtor/builder open houses
  • Periodically, attend weekend open houses and/or subdivisions for loan solicitation purposes
  • Attend regular Realtor Association and Builder Association meetings
  • Seek out attendance at Realtor staff meetings for product presentation
  • Take applications and/or meet with clients at other Banner Bank branch locations
  • Perform field construction draw inspections
  • Other loan production related duties as required
  • Attend, as required, internal training sessions, internal sales meetings, and external training opportunities as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications
Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, marketing or a related field preferred
Experience

  • 3 or more years of experience in banking or mortgage lending highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to attract and make loans
  • Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations relating to real estate lending
  • Knowledge of state housing agency loan programs, low to moderate income lending and Community Reinvestment Act highly preferred

Regional Account Executive - Pacific Northwest, Washington, Oregon, Northern CA
Summary
Represent Dexcom, Inc. products to payor organizations at a regional level. Expand medical policy to accelerate payor acceptance of CGM as Standard of Care. Experience changing benefit designs within health plans, and negotiate both DME and pharmacy contracts.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Responsible for strategically assessing, developing, and implementing action plans to align Company with key payors and holder of risk; ensure achievement of sale and profit objectives for assigned book of business; provide total account management with a focus on selling at the executive level and building a business partner relationship
  • Implement payor push through programs to increase revenue and drive adoption of CGM.
  • Achieve sales, profitability, and access goals.
  • Set collaborative strategic and tactical plans directed at achieving these goals for both DME as well as pharmacy.
  • Lead contracting efforts through prospecting, credentialing, and negotiation of pricing and terms.
  • Ensure accurate and complete contract implementation internally and externally.
  • Coordinate with Field Sales Teams for pull through activities Support local and regional payor relationships.
  • Maintain current account files and other records with respect to current and prospective customers in accordance with Company instructions and requirements.
  • Comply with all Company policies as well as other Company policies which may be implemented from time to time.
  • Through personal business development activities and coordination with other sales channels within DexCom, identify opportunities to engage organizations by assisting with their national managed care contracting.
  • Local and overnight travel (up to 50%).
  • This position assumes and performs other duties as assigned

Education
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; at least three years of experience calling on managed care companies for the purpose of negotiating and obtaining contracts for reimbursement coverage.
Language Skills
Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
