Job description

Your ResponsibilitiesIT Service Delivery Provides technical support to the organisation's workforce and Business Partners in order to provide secure access to GSK's applications, Network and Data.
Answers questions regarding system procedures, online transactions, systems status and downtime procedures.
Maintains appropriate logs and ensures timely resolution and/or escalation of problems.
Ensures Audit readiness and Service Continuity and governance whilst maintaining Service Relationship with Internal and External Stakeholders.
Responsible for both the design, development and implementation of short- and long-term solutions to information technology needs through new and existing applications, systems architecture, network systems and applications infrastructure, and the management of the IT infrastructure within an organization.
ResponsibilitiesLead the introduction of shared service global solutions/systems, services and initiatives into assigned business areas at a site
Own the IT tasks involved in the preparation and implementation of new infrastructure and other pre- requisite phases
Lead the site aspects of archiving and decommissioning activities for systems that have reached the end of their lifecycle
Manage site IT Risk, Change, & Compliance tasks during project deployment
Work with Site IT Business Partner, IT Business Process Partner, IT Project Delivery Service and the Business Unit Sponsor to develop a deep understanding of the business cases for change, then drive the approval of projects through site and IT governance processes
Maximizes business value via technical knowledge of strategic IT Applications
Ensure that appropriate support resources, processes and procedures are in place - secure shared service and/or 3rd party resources if required – as part of deployments
Provide appropriate knowledge transfer to Site IT Service Lead and Site IT Business Partner as delivery phase approaches completion
Ensure that effective use is made of new IT systems, and that target benefits are achieved
Oversee GSK project management processes and procedures for projects

BS Computer science / computer engineering / telecom engineering / or any other engineers or MBA’s may also apply
Preferred Qualifications
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle and good knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
  • Broad knowledge and understanding of IT systems and how they apply to supported business areas.
  • Ideally with experience in a manufacturing environment with a good understanding of manufacturing principles and practices.
  • Well developed analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Ability to plan own work to meet objectives, and to work independently

Position Description
Position will be responsible for the intake of Medtronic Diabetes commercial supply reorders for the company's existing products, new products and related accessories, to include upselling of products to maximize insurance benefits. This position will serve as the primary contact for order fulfillment including processing and shipping customer orders. Supply Management Consultants are also responsible for providing highly professional, courteous, and caring customer service. This role is also expected to collaborate with members of other departments and representative of healthcare plans/health care professionals to fully address customer needs.

Position Responsibilities
  • Process customer supply re-orders accurately and efficiently by following departmental procedures.
  • Ensure all patient documents are on record as dictated by Medtronic and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate daily with patients, physicians and insurance companies via telephone and online resources in order to expedite orders and enhance customer experience.
  • Encourage customer compliance with optimal utilization of Medtronic Diabetes products.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding Medtronic Diabetes products and related health insurance coverage questions.
  • Concisely and accurately document customer requests and interactions.
  • Identify and respond to customer needs, problems, and initiate actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Request necessary documentation from an insurance carrier as applicable to customer orders.
  • Continuously comply with Medtronic’s core values and guiding principles.
  • Responsible for assisting with the inbound call queue as required by business needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Basic Qualifications
  • High School Graduate or GED certificate.
  • Minimum one (1) year of inside sales and/or customer service experience, or one (1) year of experience with medical billing and/or verifying medical insurance in the medical field

DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (optional)
  • Basic working knowledge of various health insurance plans offered by both government and commercial insurances (PPO, HMO, EPO, Medicare, Medicaid, HRAs, etc.).
  • Previous experience receiving calls and making outbound calls to customers to explain Insurance Benefits related to health insurance as well as to resolve issue and answer questions according to department protocols and requirements.
  • Ability to document calls by typing on a keyboard while speaking to a customer on the phone.
  • Previous experience working in the medical device field.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with processing orders for Durable Medical Equipment and/or Pharmacy Benefits.
  • Knowledge of Diabetes and Insulin Pump Therapy and related products.
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours and varying daytime shifts, including overtime.
  • Ability to be flexible and open to change in variety in work activities.
  • Experience using a computer with multiple software programs and proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    Experience HealthSouth
    The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) is responsible for the development and implementation of the plans for providing nursing care, treatment, and services including determination of the types and numbers of nursing personnel necessary to provide nursing care and the development of a patient focused, team oriented culture, working in conjunction with all other medical, clinical and therapeutic disciplines to ensure optimal service and superior outcomes.
    The CNO holds full responsibility for the quality of nursing care provided. Represents nursing on the Governing Body and other hospital committees.     License or Certification:
