SEO / PPC Expert at MJ Kretsinger in Minneapolis, MN, US

We are seeking a SEO / PPC Expert to join our team!
MJ Kretsinger (www.mjkretsinger.com) is a fast growing Minneapolis based premium digital agency. This is a full time onsite position. As a SEO / PPC Expert, you will be responsible for improving our client's organic & paid search results. You will also create and launch SEO campaigns, identify areas of improvement, run PPC campaigns, attempt to improve our client website's site rankings in major search engines, and assist the Account Director with daily account and project management.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective SEO Strategies for various websites (Organic & Paid)
  • Perform keyword research and analysis from Google AdWords tool and other commonly used keyword tools
  • Implement optimized titles, Meta tags, internal linking & content optimization for all website pages.
  • Undertake Off-Page activities that include submissions on directories, social bookmarks, forums and reviews.
  • Work with the development team to improve site structure, optimize page layout, indexing and rankings.
  • Prepare detailed SEO reports.
  • Monitor, on an on-going basis, SEO results and manage content to ensure continued high rankings
  • The candidate must have a deep understanding of PPC (Pay-Per Click)
  • Proficiency in handling Google AdWords, Facebook and Bing Paid Search Marketing.
  • Identify the least expensive but most powerful and profitable keywords for Websites.
  • Responsible for campaign managements and deliveries.
  • Proactively make strategic PPC campaign recommendations
  • Utilize bid management tools and data modeling to maximize the effectiveness of PPC campaigns
  • Monitor campaign results, analyze key metrics, and optimize click-through and conversion rates
  • Optimize landing pages for search engine quality score
  • Email marketing campaigns
  • Regularly evaluating and reporting on website & promotional activity
Key Skills & Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of search engine optimization and pay-per click experience
  • Must have knowledge of Google AdWords, Facebook and Bing Ads
  • Experience managing SEO for various websites
  • Ability to perform research, analyze websites, document changes, and make decisions regarding optimization approach
  • Ability to compile and analyze search data and metrics and make decisions regarding campaign direction
  • Ability to perform click through rate, conversion, spend and creative analysis to identify growth/optimization opportunities
  • Strong relationship, oral and written English communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and strategy skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills

BASIC FUNCTION
As a Product Support Analyst II you will be responsible for acquiring and utilizing the skills and knowledge required to provide remote customer, technical and application support to customers for ProVation® MD and ProVation® MultiCaregiver software, provided by phone and remote system access.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Complete all required training and skills development exercises as assigned
  • Work closely with assigned mentor/s and Customer Support managers to attain a secure knowledge of all
Wolters Kluwer processes, procedures and functionality of ProVation® software products
  • Apply independent study skills to fully understand all functionality, configuration and features of ProVation® MD
and ProVation® MultiCaregiver software
  • Develop product knowledge and skills necessary to effectively provide remote technical and application support
to customers
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to software, hardware and networking
  • Respond to user questions regarding application functionality, configuration, and content
  • Provide exceptional customer service that maintains or increases customer satisfaction
  • Develop familiarity with and understanding of response time and resolution goals and how they impact this
position and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and improve skills required to thoroughly document all reported issues and customer inquiries
  • Understand functions of all Operating Unit departments and Business Unit products in order to properly refer
customer to other Wolters Kluwer resources for additional services and product purchases, managing the
transition to ensure customer satisfaction from a support perspective
  • Accurately prioritize issues according to defined criteria
  • Complete all required HIPAA and HITECH training and adhere to company policies and all relevant laws regarding
handling of protected health information (PHI) and all other privacy and security related information
  • Actively participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call support schedule when required

  • Contribute content for the customer portal and knowledge management system (knowledge base)

Education
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum two year college degree; four year college degree preferred

This Position Will
  • Spend the majority of the day on the phone, performing collections on behalf of the insurance company
  • Our Validation Team identifies when the insurance company has overpaid or incorrectly paid a medical claim, and the Overpayment Recovery Specialist performs the business-to-business collections between the insurance company and the hospital provider
  • This position will be working on accounts and a monthly collection goal will be set for these accounts

Responsibilities: Adequately and effectively provide for the credit related needs of members within the policy, objectives and goals established by credit union management through counseling and assisting members. Accesses members' financial histories from credit reporting agencies and assists members in making prudent credit decisions. Accept accountability for exercising prudence, skill and judgment in the extension of credit to members. Responsible for producing a high volume of good quality consumer loans to achieve a profitable return on member equity. Recommend procedures and policies to management, as needed, to ensure member service objectives are being achieved and to ensure the credit union's smooth and orderly operation. Provides advice and guidance to other personnel regarding lending objectives, policies and procedures within the scope of this position. Effectively cross-sell other credit union products.
Qualifications: A minimum of Bachelor's degree or equivalent of four to five years of financial institution experience with two years of actual lending experience required. Must have a high aptitude for figures and possess strong interpersonal skills. Knowledge of computers is required. Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy. Must be a self-starter, an excellent team player and exhibit a willingness and ability to serve the credit union members.
